Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in mainland Great Britain. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and islands and to Northern Ireland is priced individually, so please contact us for a quote before ordering. If an order for one of these areas is placed online, we will contact you with the delivery price before dispatch; if you don't want to go ahead, we'll cancel and refund the order in full. We do not deliver to the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or outside the UK.

Delivery charge

Delivery is a flat £175 per order, whether you buy one panel or a full pallet of up to 30. Small orders travel by two-man delivery; larger orders are strapped and wrapped on a pallet.

Delivery time

We dispatch within 3 working days of your order and will contact you to arrange a delivery day.

On the day

• Panels are delivered to the kerbside or the nearest accessible point. Please make sure the vehicle has suitable access.
• Check every panel before signing, and note any damage on the paperwork. Contact us within 48 hours.
• A standard panel is roughly 1.7–2.3 m long and weighs 18–33 kg, so have help ready to move them.

Collection

Choose Pickup at checkout to collect free of charge, by arrangement, from Unit 8 Manor Farm Business Park, Beachampton, Milton Keynes MK19 6DT. Orders are usually ready within 2–4 days, and we'll email you a collection time when yours is ready. Bring a vehicle long enough to carry the panels flat or on edge.
