Changed your mind?

If you're buying as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving or collecting your panels, for any reason. Let us know using the form below, then return the panels within 14 days of telling us.

• You pay the cost of returning the panels. They're large and heavy, so ask us for a collection quote first.
• We refund the panels and the original £175 delivery charge within 14 days of getting them back.
• Panels must come back in the condition we sent them. If they've been installed or damaged, we may reduce the refund.

This right applies to consumers. Trade and business orders can be cancelled by agreement only.

Faulty or not as described?

If a panel is faulty, or doesn't match its listing, tell us using the form below. Include your order number and the panel's serial number, and we'll reply so you can send photos.

• Within 30 days of delivery: full refund.
• After 30 days: repair or replacement first, then a refund if that isn't possible.
• We cover the cost of returning or collecting faulty panels.

Used and overstock panels are judged against the grade, condition and price on their listing.

Damaged in delivery?

Check every panel before you sign. Note any damage on the paperwork and contact us within 48 hours.

Warranty

We don't offer our own warranty. New panels carry the manufacturer's warranty. Overstock and Second Life panels are sold without a Sunlo warranty; any manufacturer warranty that still applies is between you and the manufacturer. Your legal rights above always apply.
